• Development, planning, and execution of complete ventures from inception to turnkey handover, including agricultural projects, environmental management and waste management projects, as well as rural development projects.
• Additional consulting during the transition period and monitoring projects during the initial phase of regular operation.
• Evaluation, optimization, and management of existing ventures.
• Project management scope encompasses activities such as digitalization of farmers' activities in rural areas at the national level, conversion of production sites from conventional to organic farming on small and medium-sized areas, and development of waste management systems (WMS).
